For employers
Hire trained technical staff
We recruit, train and run payroll for skilled technical staff (e.g. AWP/MEWP operators from ITI colleges), deployed at client sites Pan India.
Recruit
We source candidates from ITI colleges and trade backgrounds that match your role, and screen them before interview.
Train
Candidates are trained for the role before deployment, for example on scissor, boom and man lifts for AWP/MEWP work.
Run payroll
Staff are employed and paid by MaquishTech Venture® and deployed at your sites, so you get the people without the payroll admin.
