Frequently asked questions
Is this allowed by my university?
Coaching, training, feedback on your own drafts and language-only proofreading are normally allowed, but rules differ by university. We follow your institution's academic-integrity and proofreading policy, encourage you to tell your supervisor, and decline anything that would mean completing assessed work for you.
Will you write my thesis or any chapter of it?
No. You remain the sole author of your thesis, analysis and results. In the UK, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand it is a criminal offence to provide or advertise a service that completes all or part of a student's assessed work, and we do not offer it anywhere.
What does proofreading include?
Language only: spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency, within your university's proofreading policy. We do not change content, arguments, structure, data or references, and we can add tracked comments instead of edits if your policy requires it.
Why do prices differ by country?
We price each market from published rates of academic coaches, statistics consultants and editors in that country, checked 19 Oct 2026. Prices are reviewed monthly and the final price is confirmed after a free consultation.
How does the festive discount work?
A per-service discount (currently up to 10%) is applied to the listed price until 31 Dec 2026. The final price is confirmed in writing after a free consultation.
Which software can you coach me on?
SPSS, R, Python, Stata, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, reference managers (Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley) and modelling tools such as LEAP, H2RES, GIS and MATLAB. You run the analysis on your own data; we teach and review.
