Deployment: Pan India, e.g. Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Bhuj), Chennai, Bengaluru and other South India sites
You are employed and paid by MaquishTech Venture® (we run payroll) and deployed at a client’s sites.

Why IPAF certification matters for overseas careers
- According to IPAF, the PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) is accepted in over 80 countries and regions in recognition of high-quality operator training.
- IPAF reports over 845 IPAF Approved Training Centres worldwide and over 3 million PAL Cards issued, so the card is widely recognised by employers in the powered access industry.
- IPAF states its operator training programme conforms to the international standard ISO 18878 (MEWP operator training).
- Employers can verify a PAL Card online at ipaf.org/checkpal, and the card is valid for five years (subject to local regulations).
- Holding a PAL Card can strengthen an application for MEWP operator roles abroad. It does not guarantee a job, visa or placement.

Eligibility
- ITI trade such as Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic Diesel or MMV
- Age 18 or above
- Medically fit for work at height
- Willing to relocate to the deployment site
